The Latins gave the name to these grapes vines Vitis Apiana: the vine grapes loved by the bees. The reason told by the history, a little bit the legend, was that the grapes where so sweet that many bees were attracted by them.
Thanks to its volume, its fruity, citrusy and complex taste, that has gained a position among the best white Italians wines, especially for its evolutionary capabilities.
Glossy straw yellow color, it has elegant and complex aromas of white flowers, cooked apple, pear and fennel leaf, with evolution in the bottle the notes of toasted acacia, hazelnut and orange honey increase. On the palate it is persistent and elegant and also has a good structure, soft and balanced, very fine and evolves positively over the years.
